Member of Parliament Alok Sharma inaugurated Free Eye Checkup camp organized by Sewa Sadan Eye Hospital

Member of Parliament from Bhopal, Shri Alok Sharma inaugurated a free eye check-up camp organised by Sewa Sadan Eye Hospital, Bhopal on 25th December 2024.

The camp was organised to commemorate the 100th birth anniversary of former Prime Minister of India, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Shri Sharma paid rich tributes to the former PM highlighting his personality and service to the nation.

At the camp, 115 were diagnosed with eye problems – 23 were detected with cataract while 13 were found to have other eye ailments.

Thirty-six spectacles were provided free of cost at the camp and 50 were provided with free medicines.

MP Shri Alok Sharma praised the service of Sewa Sadan Eye Hospital. He distributed free specs and medicines to patients with visual impairment and blankets to the poor families living in nearby slums.

SSEH Trustee Suresh Awatramani, Sr. Optometrist Ajay Singh, BJP office bearer Rakesh Kukreja and others were present for the programme.
